1. GENERAL

These general terms and conditions ("Terms") apply when you, as a customer ("You"), order via www.fyrcreative.no. The agreement is concluded between you and FYR Media AS, further called  “FYR Creative”. Address: Dvergsnestien 17, 4639, Kristiansand, Norway, org 927198185. The terms and conditions apply to you as a consumer and who orders through the website.

FYR Creative does not accept credit purchases for persons under the age of 18, in accordance with Norwegian law. To be able to order on the website, you must be 18 years old. FYR Creative reserves the right to refuse or change your order in some cases.

FYR Creative reserves the right to end sales and any image and typographical errors on the website, such as technical specification errors, product descriptions or incorrect prices, as well as price adjustments (such as changed prices from suppliers or currency changes) or incorrect information about whether a product is in stock. FYR Creative has the right to fix any errors and to change or update the information at any time.
FYR Creative is not responsible for information on the website that comes from a third party.

All content on fyrcreative.no including images, text, logos, company names, profiles, product descriptions and product names may not be used, copied or reproduced without written consent from FYR Creative.

2. AGREEMENT & ORDER

In order to shop at www.fyrcreative.no, you must accept our terms and conditions. By accepting the Terms, you hereby agree to comply with them in their entirety, and you also agree that you have read the information about personal data and consent to the use of personal data and cookies in accordance with FYR Creative's privacy policy.

A purchase agreement is concluded when FYR Creative has confirmed your order, and you have received an order confirmation. FYR Creative encourages you to keep the order confirmation for any future contact about the order. You have the right to cancel your order until it has been confirmed by FYR Creative. If the order is cancelled, FYR Creative shall refund any payments made by you or your credit card company in respect of the order.

3. PRICES, FEES, PAYMENT

When ordering via www.fyrcreative.no , the prices stated on the Website apply. Prices may vary, but are mainly stated in Norwegian kroner and euros and include VAT. The prices do not include payment and shipping fees, which are stated separately.

3.2.
You can pay for the purchase in the manner indicated on the Website. Fyr Creative reserves the right at all times not to offer all payment methods, or to change the payment method if, for any reason, the payment method you have chosen does not work at the time of fulfilling the order. Please note that restrictions on available payment methods are indicated on the Website.

4. OFFERS & PROMOTIONS

Fyr creative may at any time offer promotions on the website which may have more favorable terms than those set out in these terms and conditions, such as applicable payment or extended cancellation rights. These more favorable terms apply while the promotion is active and exclusively for the specific products and goods listed in advertising for Fyr Creative reserves the right to revoke such promotions at any time. In the event of termination or withdrawal of a campaign, these terms and conditions apply without change. All offers on specific goods on the Website are time-limited and valid while stocks last.

5. TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY

Fyr Creative currently only sends once a week.

We apply a varying shipping cost, depending on what you order. You can see in your shopping basket how much your total shipping will be.

Expected delivery time for the goods is no later than 30 days from the dispatch date. Longer for international shipping. If a delivery takes more than 30 working days, and nothing else has been specifically agreed, and that late delivery is not dependent on you as a customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL/GUARANTEE

As a customer, you always have an open purchase for 14 days from when you collect the package. To make use of the right of withdrawal, you must contactcontact@fyrcreative.comwithin 14 days from when you or your representative have collected the package. The inquiry must contain name, address and other relevant information regarding your order. The item must be returned within 14 days of you giving us information that you wish to cancel your purchase.
 

Note that undelivered shipments do NOT count as a return or canceled purchase - you must always pick up an ordered package, then you can return it. The product must be returned well wrapped in its original packaging.

6.2
Fyr Creative pays back the amount as soon as possible by exercising the right of withdrawal. No later than 14 days after exercise of the right of withdrawal, as well as proof of return.

6.3
When using the right of withdrawal, you as the customer pay the return shipping.

6.4
FYR Creative complies with the Consumer Purchase Act, and has at least a 6-month warranty on all products. The guarantee does not apply if:

• Accidents after you have received the item

• Abuse

• Abnormal use of the item
   

7. COMPLAINT

7.1
If an item is damaged when you open the package, you should send us a complaint as soon as possible, so that we can give you compensation in an appropriate way. Either by offering a new item of equal value, or the money back. In the event of a complaint, you must contact us by e-mailcontact@fyrcreative.com, and state what applies.

7.2
In the event of an approved complaint, FYR creative is responsible for return shipping.

7.3
The Consumer Purchase Act / Consumer Council gives you the right to advertise a product for 2 years, on the condition that the product was faulty at the time of delivery. However, you should not wait to point out the error, do this immediately. In the event of disputes that we are unable to resolve together, we recommend that you contact the Consumer Council. We always follow their recommendations.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

FYR Creative cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond FYR Creative's control. This may include strikes, extreme weather, terrorist attacks and serious technical problems such as electrical, telephone or data connection problems, or other communication problems beyond FYR Creative's control.

9. Change of Terms

9.1
FYR Creative reserves the right to change the terms. Any changes to these General Terms and Conditions must be published on the Website. Changes will apply as soon as you have accepted the General Terms (in connection with a new purchase, or while he/she is viewing the Website) possibly 30 days after FYR Creative has informed you of the changes

10. DISPUTE

10.1
Any dispute that may arise must be resolved amicably through discussions with FYR Creative. It is our policy to always follow the Consumer Council's recommendations.

10.2
Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Norwegian law and exclusively decided by the courts in Norway.

 

11. OTHER

11.1 Color reproduction on a computer screen.
We do everything we can to reproduce colors and images correctly from screen to print, but we cannot guarantee that our goods will have the exact color you perceive on your screen, as shades of color can differ from screen to screen, and we cannot take responsibility for your computer screen's color reproduction.
